- Reviewing all initial assignment documents
- Review the Workman Compensation’s claim file in accordance with the Insurance Company’s procedures
- Obtaininyg any necessary statements recorded from the Claimant
- Establishing the Claimant’s background information, exact “injury” location and employment environment
- Ascertain Claimant’s standard duties and responsibilities, typical work routines, employment status and wage information
- Interview and securing witnesses statements
- Conducting surveillance on the Claimant to ascertain the genuineness or degree of injury
- Provide prompt, concise reports and evidence documentation including witness statements, video footages. and photographs
